Website privacy notice

When you submit a request, SA Luxury Hire receives your name, contact details, requested vehicle, dates and any itinerary notes you choose to include. We use this information to assess availability, prepare a quote and contact you about your request.

Requests are stored using the Sites hosting service and its cloud infrastructure. Access to the request list is restricted to the website owner. Providers may process data outside Australia.

Enquiries are stored in our managed website database. Transactional email is handled through Resend to notify our team and acknowledge requests with an email address. These service providers process the information needed for those functions.

Basic request information is used to limit spam and protect the service. This form does not request identity documents or payment card details. Please do not include those details in your message.

We use your details to respond to this enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking. To ask about access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, contact us at hello@saluxuryhire.com.au.

If you continue in WhatsApp, you choose when to send the prepared message. WhatsApp handles that communication under its own terms and privacy policy. Your language preference is kept in browser session storage.

Optional website statistics

We measure website use only after you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not affect enquiries or services. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional analytics. Change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.

Random browser identifiers last up to 90 days; sessions renew after 30 minutes of inactivity. The server hashes identifiers and retains anonymous page records for up to 400 days. We record page paths, broad source/device/country categories, active time, scroll depth and contact or successful enquiry events. We do not store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, search terms, form details or customer links in these statistics. Aggregate reports are private and may be emailed to the company.
