Included distance
Every car includes 150 km for a 4-hour, 8-hour or 24-hour self-drive hire. Only distance over 150 km is charged at A$8.80/km including GST. Multi-day allowances are confirmed in writing.
Driver age
Self-drive drivers must be at least 25. Licence and vehicle eligibility are checked before booking.
Security bond
Proposed for this vehicle: A$7,500 per hire, separate from rent. Any balance is released after return inspection and settlement of agreed charges. Collection method and timing are confirmed in writing; this is not a damage-excess cap.
Extra-distance example
A 24-hour hire driven 200 km exceeds the 150 km allowance by 50 km: 50 × A$8.80 = A$440 extra charge including GST. Only excess distance is charged.
